It is, in fact, one of the main determinants of how happy people feel overall in their lives.
We use an empirically-valid, highly effective approach to couples therapy called Emotionally Focused-Couples Therapy (EFT). Over years of practice, this approach has proven highly effective in helping couples work their way out of despair, disconnection and conflict. We work hard to help you move towards a closer, bonding, loving relationship.
