Relationships are one of the most important, complicated, rewarding and difficult parts of life. When your relationship is doing well, life seems to be easier. When your relationship is struggling, life can be very difficult, particularly at home. There is substantial evidence that shows relationships impact not only your mental and emotional wellbeing but also your physical health, career and overall satisfaction in life. It is, in fact, one of the main determinants of how happy people feel overall in their lives.
At Calgary Couples Counselling, a branch of Assured Psychology, we believe your relationship matters and it deserves a chance.
It can be a difficult but important process to find the right therapist or psychologist. Clients should feel good about their therapy including its progress and their relationship with the therapist

Robyn believes it is possible to develop a constructive approach to life challenges that foster resilience, reduce stress, and strengthen coping skills to result in a life of intention rather than reaction, that is heartfelt instead of numb, and the ability to move from confusion to self-awareness.
David believes the most important thing he can do for clients is to provide a comfortable, non-judgemental space where they can relax and be who they are. In addition to proficiency in a variety of techniques, he regularly solicits client feedback to ensure that he is meeting their needs and expectations.
